Google/Youtube's Next Motion
Google filed their motion, asking the judge for a few things. They certainly do not want to be considered to have committed fraud in partnership with Goldfinch. Importantly, nobody denies that fraud has been committed.
Additionally, they request permission to change the venue to Santa Clara. I'm filing my response tomorrow (writing it today).
