I had an interesting exchange with the judge.
He agrees with the merits of my case but Google has the choice not to engage me in this particular venue.
It was dismissed from this venue but without prejudice. This means I just refile in California. No big deal. Just a delay, but in the meantime, I’m still moving forward on all fronts.
